Promotion: Evian natural mineral water is characterised by its lightness and balanced composition.
                                                                                                                                                           
Strengths: The origin of the water is very important for example "15 years of filtration through the pristine heights of the French Alps" This type of care and attention tells the consumer the product is untampered and pure.



Evian was one of the first bottled water on the scene therefor creating its self a legacy and putting it as one of the most recognised brands for bottled water.


Weaknesses: Cost of distribution is high because it only comes from one source. (French Alps) 


The water originates from France and is shipped around the world, but now a days there is a demand for local produce. This is when British brands like Highland Springs started to see a market.


Opportunities: They could change their PET bottles to rPET, which would make them widely recyclable. They have started to do this on one of their bottles therefor they have seen the market.




Threat: The product comes from a single source, huge quantities on container ships travel to countries around the world which contributes to a massive amount of Co2 emissions.
